Description
This ultra-easy 2 Ingredient Apple Cinnamon Roll Bake is a cozy, crowd-pleasing treat perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert. Made with cinnamon rolls and apple pie filling, it’s warm, gooey, and ready in under an hour.
Ingredients
- 2 cans Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls (with icing)
- 2 cans Apple Pie Filling (canned)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Spray a 9×13‑inch baking dish with non-stick spray and set aside.
- Unwrap the cinnamon rolls, set aside the icing packets, and cut each roll into fourths. Place them in a large bowl.
- Add the apple pie filling to the bowl and gently stir to coat the cinnamon roll pieces.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until the center is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven. Stir the icing packets and drizzle over the warm bake. Serve immediately.
Notes
- To make a smaller batch, use one can of each ingredient and bake in an 8×8-inch dish for 25–30 minutes.
- Top with crumble for extra texture: mix 1 cup flour, 1.5 cups brown sugar, and 1 stick softened butter.
- Great served with ice cream, fresh fruit, or yogurt.
- Can be assembled a day ahead and refrigerated before baking.
