Description

This ultra-easy 2 Ingredient Apple Cinnamon Roll Bake is a cozy, crowd-pleasing treat perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert. Made with cinnamon rolls and apple pie filling, it’s warm, gooey, and ready in under an hour.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls (with icing)
  • 2 cans Apple Pie Filling (canned)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Spray a 9×13‑inch baking dish with non-stick spray and set aside.
  2. Unwrap the cinnamon rolls, set aside the icing packets, and cut each roll into fourths. Place them in a large bowl.
  3. Add the apple pie filling to the bowl and gently stir to coat the cinnamon roll pieces.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until the center is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven. Stir the icing packets and drizzle over the warm bake. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • To make a smaller batch, use one can of each ingredient and bake in an 8×8-inch dish for 25–30 minutes.
  • Top with crumble for extra texture: mix 1 cup flour, 1.5 cups brown sugar, and 1 stick softened butter.
  • Great served with ice cream, fresh fruit, or yogurt.
  • Can be assembled a day ahead and refrigerated before baking.
