Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir well. Let it simmer gently for a few minutes until it starts to thicken slightly.
- Add the Cajun seasoning and mix until evenly combined.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and continue stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately over pasta, chicken, shrimp, or vegetables.

- Reduce the Cajun seasoning for a milder sauce.
