Description

Crispy, cheesy garlic tortilla bread made quickly in the air fryer — perfect snack or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375 °F (190 °C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Brush the butter mixture evenly over one side of each tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the buttered side of the tortillas.
  5. Place the tortillas in the air fryer basket, cheese side up, in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches.
  6. Air fry for 3‑5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges are golden brown.
  7. Remove the tortillas from the air fryer and sprinkle with dried parsley.
  8. Cut into wedges and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the butter mixture.
  • Ensure the tortillas are not overlapping in the air fryer to achieve even cooking.
  • Serve with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
