Description
Crispy, cheesy garlic tortilla bread made quickly in the air fryer — perfect snack or side dish.
Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375 °F (190 °C).
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, and salt.
- Brush the butter mixture evenly over one side of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the buttered side of the tortillas.
- Place the tortillas in the air fryer basket, cheese side up, in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches.
- Air fry for 3‑5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges are golden brown.
- Remove the tortillas from the air fryer and sprinkle with dried parsley.
- Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the butter mixture.
- Ensure the tortillas are not overlapping in the air fryer to achieve even cooking.
- Serve with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
