Description
Air fryer pie tin biscuits are an easy and quick way to make golden, evenly-shaped biscuits using either canned or homemade dough. Baked in individual pie tins or ramekins, they come out flaky and crisp with minimal cleanup.
Ingredients
- Pie tins or small ramekins
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (e.g., Pillsbury Grands) or equivalent amount of homemade biscuit dough
- Optional: melted butter
- Optional: herbs, honey, jam, cheese, or other fillings
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 330–350 °F (165–175 °C), or 390 °F if using homemade dough.
- Lightly grease the pie tins or ramekins, or line with parchment paper.
- Place one biscuit into each prepared tin, leaving space between them.
- Air fry for 6–8 minutes, then rotate or flip and continue cooking for another 3–5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from air fryer, brush with melted butter if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for 2 days, refrigerate up to 5 days, or freeze for 3 months.
- To reheat, air fry at 320 °F for 2–3 minutes until warmed through.
- Add jam, honey, or cream cheese for sweet versions before baking.
- Top with shredded cheese, garlic butter, or herbs for savory variations.
