Description

This Apple Pie Dip is a quick, cozy dessert packed with warm apple pie flavor—without the hassle of baking a crust. Perfect for dipping with cinnamon-sugar chips, graham crackers, or fresh fruit.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium apples, peeled, cored, and diced (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp preferred)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Peel, core, and dice the apples into small pieces.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add the apples and lemon juice, stirring to coat.
  3. Mix in the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Cook for 5–7 minutes until the apples begin to soften.
  4. Stir in the cornstarch-water mixture. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until the mixture thickens.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and butter until melted and smooth.
  6. Let cool slightly before transferring to a bowl or serving dish.
