Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with a bit of olive oil or cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Using a spoon or spatula, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
- Drizzle a little olive oil over the chicken breasts to help with browning.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- If desired, broil for 2-3 minutes at the end for a golden-brown top.
- Remove from the oven and let rest a few minutes before serving.
