Description

Baked Cream Cheese Chicken is a creamy and savory one-pan dish that combines tender chicken breasts with a flavorful cream cheese topping, baked to perfection for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with a bit of olive oil or cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Using a spoon or spatula, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
  4. Drizzle a little olive oil over the chicken breasts to help with browning.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. If desired, broil for 2-3 minutes at the end for a golden-brown top.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest a few minutes before serving.
