Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings, split at the joints, tips removed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions
