Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place the chicken thighs in the baking dish and pour the glaze over them, ensuring they are well coated.
- Bake for 35–45 minutes, basting halfway through, until the chicken is cooked and the glaze is caramelized.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving and spoon extra sauce over the top.
