Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika.
