Description

Boston Cream Fudge is a rich, no-bake treat that layers vanilla custard-flavored fudge with a silky chocolate topping, capturing the essence of the classic Boston Cream Pie in bite-sized form.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix (dry)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in dry vanilla pudding mix and vanilla extract until well combined and thickened.
  4. Spread the vanilla fudge evenly into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Let it cool.
  5. In a separate saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, melt semisweet chocolate chips, heavy cream, and butter together, stirring until smooth.
  6. Pour chocolate topping over the vanilla layer and spread evenly.
  7. Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
  8. Once chilled, lift out of the pan using the parchment overhang and slice into squares.
