Ingredients
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix (dry)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides for easy removal.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in dry vanilla pudding mix and vanilla extract until well combined and thickened.
- Spread the vanilla fudge evenly into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Let it cool.
- In a separate saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, melt semisweet chocolate chips, heavy cream, and butter together, stirring until smooth.
- Pour chocolate topping over the vanilla layer and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
- Once chilled, lift out of the pan using the parchment overhang and slice into squares.
Notes
- Use dark chocolate chips for a more intense flavor.
- Try French vanilla pudding mix for a deeper custard taste.
- A few drops of almond extract can add a unique twist.
- Sprinkle crushed graham crackers or vanilla wafers on top before chilling for added texture.
- Do not microwave to reheat; serve cold or at room temperature.
