Ingredients
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough, cut into quarters
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup sliced pepperoni (or mini pepperoni)
- ½ cup cooked and crumbled Italian sausage (optional)
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the pizza sauce over the biscuit pieces and toss gently to coat.
- Fold in 1 cup of the shredded mozzarella, half of the pepperoni, and the crumbled sausage if using.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Top with remaining mozzarella, pepperoni, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until biscuits are puffed and cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Let rest for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
