Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Place eggs in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 9–10 minutes.
- Transfer eggs to an ice bath, let cool, then peel.
- In a pan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, and chili flakes. Stir well.
- Mix in hot sauce and lemon juice to form the sauce.
- Add peeled eggs and gently toss to coat evenly.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes to let eggs absorb the flavors.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
