Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken strips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 5–7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Add the remaining oil to the skillet if needed.
- Sauté onions, garlic, and bell peppers for about 5 minutes, until tender and slightly charred.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and mix well to combine.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
