Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the shredded chicken, butter, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir well and cook for a few minutes so the chicken absorbs the garlic butter flavor.
- Lay the flour tortillas on a clean surface and divide the chicken mixture evenly between them.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken and add chopped parsley.
- Fold the sides of each tortilla inward and roll tightly to form wraps.
- Heat a clean skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam side down.
- Cook for about 2–3 minutes per side until the tortillas are golden and the cheese has melted.
- Remove from the skillet, slice in half if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
- Rotisserie chicken works well and saves preparation time.
- You can add sautéed onions or bell peppers for extra flavor and texture.
- For a spicy version, add red pepper flakes or sliced jalapeños.
- Cheddar or Mexican cheese blend can replace mozzarella for a sharper taste.
