This Cheesy Ranch Chicken & Broccoli Bake with Garlic Cream Sauce is a comforting one-dish meal made with tender chicken, fresh broccoli, and a creamy garlic ranch sauce, topped with melty cheese.
Ingredients
- 2 cups boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup milk or heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Optional: 1/4 cup crushed crackers or breadcrumbs for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add cream cheese and milk to the skillet, whisking until smooth. Stir in ranch seasoning.
- In a large bowl, combine diced chicken, broccoli florets, and half the shredded cheddar.
- Pour the garlic cream sauce over the mixture and stir to coat evenly.
- Transfer to the baking dish and top with remaining cheddar and optional Parmesan.
- Sprinkle with crushed crackers or breadcrumbs if using.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and top is golden.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

- Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
- Cauliflower or green beans can be used instead of broccoli.
