Ingredients
- 2 flatbreads (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Reduce heat and stir in cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth.
- Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then remove from heat.
- Place flatbreads on the baking sheet and spread the creamy spinach mixture evenly.
- Top with cooked chicken, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are crisp.
- Cool slightly, slice, and serve.
