Description

Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Reduce heat and stir in cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then remove from heat.
