Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
- 1 cup canned pineapple chunks, drained
- 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, pineapple chunks, celery, and red onion.
