- 1/4 cup water

- 1 cup stir-fry vegetables (like bell peppers, broccoli, carrots – optional)
Instructions
- Whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, cornstarch, and water to make the teriyaki sauce.
- Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through.
- Pour in the teriyaki sauce and let it simmer until it thickens and coats the chicken.
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain well.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet with chicken and toss to combine and coat evenly with sauce.
- Top with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Add optional stir-fried vegetables if desired.
