Description

Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites are quick and cozy treats made from canned biscuit dough, dipped in butter, coated in cinnamon sugar, and baked until golden. They’re perfect for breakfast, snacking, or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Open the can of biscuits and cut each biscuit into 4 equal pieces.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Dip each biscuit piece in the melted butter, coating fully.
  5. Roll each buttered piece in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.
  6. Arrange the coated biscuit bites in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Add a pinch of nutmeg to the cinnamon sugar for extra warmth.
  • Drizzle with glaze or dip in melted chocolate for a twist.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
  • To reheat, microwave for 10–15 seconds or warm in a 300°F oven.
