Ingredients
- 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 to 2 tablespoons milk (as needed for blending)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Add the cottage cheese, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to a high-speed blender or food processor.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- If the mousse is too thick, add 1 tablespoon of milk at a time and blend again until the desired consistency is reached.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Spoon into serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up and develop flavor before serving.

- For a chocolate version, blend in 1 tablespoon cocoa powder.
