Description

A creamy, high‑protein beef pasta that’s quick, comforting, and meal‑prep friendly.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (whole grain or regular)
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup low‑fat cream cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. Drain any excess fat, then add the beef broth to the skillet.
  4. Stir in the cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined and creamy.
  5. Toss in the cooked pasta and mix until the pasta is fully coated with the sauce.
  6. Stir in the Parmesan cheese.
  7. Garnish with parsley if desired; serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • This pasta can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 4 days; reheat with a splash of water or broth to retain creaminess.
  • If the sauce is too thick, thin it out with milk or additional broth before serving.
