Ingredients
- 2 cups ripe mango (peeled and diced)
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 2 teaspoons gelatin powder

- Do not boil gelatin as it may lose its setting ability.
- Adjust sugar based on mango sweetness.
- For a vegetarian version, substitute gelatin with agar-agar.
- Chill thoroughly before serving for best texture.
