Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers, sliced
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 200 grams fresh mozzarella balls (or 2 large mozzarella balls, cut into chunks)
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze or balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the cucumbers into thin rounds.
  2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place them in a large bowl with the cucumbers.
  3. Add the mozzarella and gently toss to combine.
