Description

A creamy, comforting garlic parmesan chicken pasta made with tender chicken, rich sauce, and perfectly cooked pasta, ideal for a quick yet indulgent meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 250 g pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chicken pieces, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring well. Let simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Stir in parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
  6. Return cooked chicken to the pan, add pasta, and toss until well coated.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
