Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, mix the minced garlic with melted butter.
- Dip each chicken breast into the garlic butter, then coat it thoroughly in the breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture.
- Place the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the top.
- Bake the chicken for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
- Let rest for a few minutes before garnishing with chopped parsley and serving.

- Swap chicken breasts for chicken thighs for a juicier texture.
