Description

Garlic Parmesan Chicken is a quick and easy oven-baked dish featuring juicy chicken breasts coated in a flavorful mix of garlic, Parmesan cheese, and Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs. Crispy on the outside and tender inside, it’s a comforting meal perfect for any night of the week.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, mix the minced garlic with melted butter.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the garlic butter, then coat it thoroughly in the breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the top.
  6. Bake the chicken for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
  7. Let rest for a few minutes before garnishing with chopped parsley and serving.

  • Add crushed red pepper flakes to the breadcrumb mixture for a spicy kick.
  • Swap chicken breasts for chicken thighs for a juicier texture.
  • Use crushed pork rinds or almond flour for a low-carb version.
