Description

Garlic Ritz Snacks are quick, savory treats made with buttery crackers, garlic, and optional seasonings. Baked until golden and crunchy, they’re perfect for parties or casual snacking.


Ingredients

  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers (about 30 crackers)
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1 tsp dried parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan or microwave.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, and add Parmesan cheese and parsley if using.
  4. Arrange Ritz crackers on a baking sheet.
  5. Brush or drizzle the garlic butter mixture evenly over the crackers.
  6. Bake for 10–15 minutes until golden and fragrant.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.

  • To reheat, bake at 300°F (150°C) for 5 minutes.
