Ingredients
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers (about 30 crackers)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1 tsp dried parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan or microwave.
- Stir in garlic powder, and add Parmesan cheese and parsley if using.
- Arrange Ritz crackers on a baking sheet.
- Brush or drizzle the garlic butter mixture evenly over the crackers.
- Bake for 10–15 minutes until golden and fragrant.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
- To reheat, bake at 300°F (150°C) for 5 minutes.
- For a spicy version, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the butter mixture.
- You can substitute ranch seasoning for garlic powder for a flavor twist.
