Description

This Hamburger Green Bean Casserole is a hearty, comforting, and family-friendly dish made with seasoned ground beef, green beans, creamy mushroom soup, and crispy fried onions. Perfect for weeknights or casual gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 cups green beans (canned, frozen, or fresh)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups French fried onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked beef, green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch casserole dish and smooth the top.
  5. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle French fried onions over the top and bake for an additional 5–10 minutes, until golden and crispy.
  7. Let rest a few minutes before serving.
