Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 cups green beans (canned, frozen, or fresh)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups French fried onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked beef, green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch casserole dish and smooth the top.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes.
- Sprinkle French fried onions over the top and bake for an additional 5–10 minutes, until golden and crispy.
- Let rest a few minutes before serving.
