Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth

- 1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 2 ounces cream cheese (optional, for extra creaminess)
- 8 ounces pasta of choice (penne or fettuccine)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and slice.
- Add remaining olive oil to the skillet. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
