Description

A creamy, tangy, and slightly sweet sauce that replicates the famous McDonald’s Big Mac sauce. Perfect for burgers, sandwiches, or as a dipping sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Pinch of salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, and yellow mustard.
  2. Add white vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Mix well until smooth and fully combined.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to develop.
  5. Serve on burgers, sandwiches, or as a dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For best flavor, prepare the sauce a day ahead.
  • Adjust sweetness and tanginess by adding more relish or vinegar to taste.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
