Ingredients
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 1/2 cups dry milk powder
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips or finely chopped chocolate (optional)
- Marshmallows (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Sift together powdered sugar, cocoa powder, dry milk powder, cornstarch (if using), and salt into a large bowl to remove clumps.
- Stir in mini chocolate chips or chopped chocolate if using.
- Transfer the mix to an airtight container or jar for storage.
- To serve, heat 1 cup of milk or water until hot but not boiling.
- Stir in 2 to 3 tablespoons of cocoa mix until fully dissolved and smooth.
- Top with marshmallows or whipped cream if desired.
