Description
A hearty and comforting one-pan keto meal made with seasoned ground beef, tender broccoli, and a rich, creamy cheddar cheese sauce. Perfect for busy weeknights and low-carb lifestyles.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess grease if necessary.
- Stir in minced garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add broccoli florets, cover the skillet, and steam for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in cream cheese and heavy cream. Mix until the cream cheese is fully melted and a creamy sauce forms.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top, cover, and let it melt for a few minutes.
- Stir gently and serve warm.
Notes
- Swap cheddar with mozzarella or Monterey Jack for a milder flavor.
- Add red pepper flakes or hot sauce for extra heat.
- Include sliced mushrooms or diced onions for added texture.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
- Reheat gently on the stovetop with a splash of heavy cream to maintain creaminess.
