Ingredients

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional, for added protein)
- Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker texture)
Instructions
- Add the almond milk to the blender.
- Add banana, berries, chia seeds, nut butter, and cinnamon.
- Add Greek yogurt if using.
- Blend until smooth (about 30–45 seconds).
- Add ice cubes for a thicker smoothie and blend again if desired.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
