Description

A refreshing and calming lavender lemon mocktail combining floral lavender with bright citrus, perfect for warm days or a relaxing non-alcoholic treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon dried culinary lavender
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup honey or simple syrup
  • 2 cups cold sparkling water
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Lemon slices for garnish
  • Fresh lavender sprigs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring 1 cup of water to a gentle boil, then add dried lavender and let steep for about 10 minutes.
  2. Strain the liquid to remove lavender flowers and stir in honey while warm until fully dissolved.
  3. Allow the lavender syrup to cool completely.
  4. In a pitcher, combine the cooled syrup with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  5. Add sparkling water and stir gently to combine.
  6. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the mocktail over the ice.
  7. Garnish with lemon slices and optional lavender sprigs before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey or syrup.
  • For stronger floral flavor, steep lavender longer.
  • Agave syrup can be used instead of honey for a lighter taste.
