A festive, sweet and salty popcorn treat made with fluffy popcorn, white chocolate, green candy melts, pretzels, marshmallows, and candy-coated chocolates—perfect for St. Patrick’s Day parties or any fun celebration.
Ingredients
- 10 cups popped popcorn (about 1/2 cup unpopped kernels)
- 12 ounces white chocolate chips
- 1 cup green candy melts
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup pretzel sticks, broken into pieces
- 1 cup green and white candy-coated chocolates
- 1/2 cup gold sprinkles or gold chocolate coins
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Place the popped popcorn in a very large mixing bowl, removing any unpopped kernels.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, melt the green candy melts in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the popcorn and gently toss to coat.
- Drizzle the melted green candy melts over the popcorn mixture and lightly toss again to distribute the color.
- Immediately add the mini marshmallows, pretzel pieces, candy-coated chocolates, sprinkles, and salt. Gently mix until evenly distributed.
- Spread the popcorn mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
- Let sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has completely set.
- Once hardened, break into clusters and serve.

- Use plain or lightly salted popcorn to prevent a greasy coating.
