Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 2 medium apples, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon honey or apricot jam
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the puff pastry into equal strips and set aside.
- In a bowl, toss apple slices with lemon juice, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Arrange apple slices overlapping along each pastry strip and fold the bottom edge over the apples.

- Brush with honey or apricot jam and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
