Description

This No-Bake Giant Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Pie is a rich, creamy dessert that combines a chocolate cookie crust, peanut butter filling, and chocolate ganache topping. Perfect for peanut butter and chocolate lovers, and requires no baking.


Ingredients

  • 24 chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Crush chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor and mix with melted butter until the texture resembles wet sand.
  2. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish, including up the sides. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat together peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth and thick.
  4. Spread the peanut butter filling evenly into the chilled crust.
  5. Heat heavy cream until just simmering, then pour over the chocolate chips. Let sit for a few minutes, then stir until smooth to form ganache.
