Description

This No Bake Strawberry Lasagna is a creamy, fruity layered dessert featuring a Golden Oreo crust, cheesecake filling, vanilla pudding, and a fresh strawberry gelatin topping. It’s cool, refreshing, and perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Golden Oreo cookies (approx. 36 cookies), crushed
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 16 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip), divided
  • 1 package (3 oz) strawberry gelatin mix (like Jell-O)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix

Instructions

  1. Crush Golden Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into a 9×13-inch dish to form a crust. Chill in the fridge.
  2. Mix softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread over crust and chill.
  3. Prepare strawberry gelatin with 1 cup boiling water and 1 cup cold water. Stir in chopped strawberries. Let it cool until it starts to thicken.
  4. Prepare vanilla pudding mix with milk until thickened. Spread over the cheesecake layer gently.
  5. Once gelatin mixture has slightly thickened, pour over the pudding layer and spread carefully.
  6. Top with remaining whipped topping and extra strawberries if desired. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
