This No Bake Strawberry Lasagna is a creamy, fruity layered dessert featuring a Golden Oreo crust, cheesecake filling, vanilla pudding, and a fresh strawberry gelatin topping. It’s cool, refreshing, and perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 package Golden Oreo cookies (approx. 36 cookies), crushed
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 16 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip), divided
- 1 package (3 oz) strawberry gelatin mix (like Jell-O)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
- 2 cups milk
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
Instructions
- Crush Golden Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into a 9×13-inch dish to form a crust. Chill in the fridge.
- Mix softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread over crust and chill.
- Prepare strawberry gelatin with 1 cup boiling water and 1 cup cold water. Stir in chopped strawberries. Let it cool until it starts to thicken.
- Prepare vanilla pudding mix with milk until thickened. Spread over the cheesecake layer gently.
- Once gelatin mixture has slightly thickened, pour over the pudding layer and spread carefully.
- Top with remaining whipped topping and extra strawberries if desired. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
