Description
A quick and comforting one-pan dinner made with smoky kielbasa, colorful roasted vegetables, and a sweet-savory honey garlic glaze.
Ingredients
- 450 g kielbasa sausage, sliced into rounds
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1 medium red onion, cut into chunks
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet or sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Arrange the sliced kielbasa, broccoli, bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion evenly across the prepared pan.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, black pepper, paprika, and salt until fully combined.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the sausage and vegetables, then toss everything gently to coat evenly.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the vegetables are tender and slightly caramelized and the kielbasa is heated through.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
Notes
- You can swap in vegetables like carrots, green beans, or cauliflower depending on what you have on hand.
- For extra heat, add chili flakes or a drizzle of hot sauce to the glaze.
- A splash of lemon juice before serving adds a fresh, tangy finish.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in a skillet over medium heat for the best texture, or use the microwave for convenience.
- If reheating leftovers feels dry, add a small splash of water or extra sauce.
