Description

This One-Skillet Garlic Butter Steak & Cheese Ravioli is a rich, comforting dish featuring tender steak bites, cheesy ravioli, and a flavorful garlic butter sauce—all made in one pan for easy cleanup.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (such as sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 package cheese ravioli, fresh or refrigerated (about 912 oz)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil the cheese ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. Reduce heat to medium. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper to the garlic butter.
  5. Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the garlic butter sauce.
  6. Return the steak to the skillet and stir gently to combine. Heat through.
  7. Top with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Swap steak with grilled chicken or Italian sausage for variety.
  • Use spinach and ricotta ravioli for a lighter version.
  • Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
  • A splash of heavy cream in the sauce adds richness.
  • Use garlic powder (½ tsp per clove) if fresh garlic isn’t available.
