Description

Orange Creamsicle Salad is a creamy, no-bake dessert that blends the nostalgic flavors of orange and vanilla into a light, fluffy treat. It’s made with orange gelatin, vanilla pudding, whipped topping, mandarin oranges, and mini marshmallows—perfect for potlucks or summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (3 oz) orange-flavored gelatin mix
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the orange gelatin mix in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
  2. Add 1/2 cup cold water and refrigerate until slightly thickened, about 45 minutes.
  3. Whisk in the instant vanilla pudding mix until smooth and creamy.
