Description

A light, creamy, and fruity strawberry cold foam that adds a refreshing pink layer and natural sweetness to iced drinks.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Blend the chopped strawberries with sugar until smooth. Strain if a seedless texture is desired.
  2. In a bowl or jar, combine heavy cream, milk, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add about 2 tablespoons of the strawberry puree to the mixture.
  4. Whip using a handheld frother or whisk until thick, airy, and pourable.
  5. Spoon the strawberry cold foam over iced coffee, cold milk, or your favorite drink and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust sugar based on sweetness preference.
  • Straining the puree creates a smoother foam texture.
  • Do not over-whip, or the foam may become too thick.
  • Best served fresh for optimal texture and flavor.
  • Re-whip leftovers lightly before reuse.
