- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
- 2 tbsp strawberry gelatin (Jell-O) powder
- 10 Golden Oreo or shortbread cookies
- 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional, for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a mini muffin tin with liners or lightly grease it.

- Roll the dipped bites in the strawberry crunch mixture to coat.
- Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
- Use silicone molds or paper liners for easy removal.
- Can be made ahead and taste better after chilling overnight.
- Freeze well for up to a month.
- White chocolate coating is optional but adds a nice touch.
- Variations include using different berries or adding cocoa powder or lemon zest.
