Description

A sweet, creamy cinnamon butter spread inspired by Texas Roadhouse, perfect on rolls, pancakes, or muffins.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (16 tablespoons) salted sweet cream butter, softened
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1½ teaspoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Add the softened butter to a medium‑sized mixing bowl. Use a handheld mixer on medium‑high speed to beat the butter for 1 to 1½ minutes until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar, honey, and ground cinnamon. Continue mixing for another 1½ to 2 minutes until completely incorporated and fluffy.

Notes

  • This Texas Roadhouse recipe freezes well, so consider making a double batch to ensure you always have some on hand.
  • Make sure you are using room‑temperature butter so that it blends well and gives you the creamy texture you want.
  • Be sure to use a fork to “fluff” the refrigerated butter before serving.
