Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a small pan over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- In a bowl, combine cooked chicken with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and half of the garlic butter. Toss to coat.
- Lay out the tortillas and divide the chicken evenly in the center of each.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the chicken on each tortilla.
- Fold the sides and roll up the wraps tightly.
- Brush each wrap with remaining garlic butter and place seam-side down in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from pan, sprinkle with parsley if using, let rest for a minute, then slice and serve.

- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.

- Reheat in a skillet for best texture.
