Description

Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are crispy, garlicky, and packed with juicy chicken and melted cheese, making them a quick and satisfying meal perfect for lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a small pan over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. In a bowl, combine cooked chicken with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and half of the garlic butter. Toss to coat.
  3. Lay out the tortillas and divide the chicken evenly in the center of each.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the chicken on each tortilla.
  5. Fold the sides and roll up the wraps tightly.
  6. Brush each wrap with remaining garlic butter and place seam-side down in a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from pan, sprinkle with parsley if using, let rest for a minute, then slice and serve.
