Ingredients

- 3 tbsp ground ancho chili powder
- 2 tbsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp dried granulated garlic
- 2 tbsp coarse‑grind black pepper
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp ground or dried thyme
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and use a fork or whisk to mix well.
- Transfer the seasoning blend into an airtight container or spice jar.
- Shake well before each use. Store for up to 6 months.
Notes
