Ingredients
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup whole‑berry cranberry sauce
- 4 (10 inch) flour tortillas
- 12 oz thinly sliced roast turkey
- 4 oz thinly sliced Swiss cheese, chopped
- 2 oz thinly sliced Granny Smith apple (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese and cranberry sauce until well combined.
- Spread ¼ of the mixture over each tortilla.
- Top tortillas with turkey, Swiss cheese, and apple slices.
- Roll tortillas tightly and wrap each in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Unwrap and slice each roll into 8 pieces and serve chilled.
Notes
- Use leftover cranberry sauce or homemade cranberry chutney instead of canned sauce.
