Description

Savory cream cheese, turkey and cranberry pinwheels – a festive, no‑bake appetizer perfect for parties or holiday leftovers.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup whole‑berry cranberry sauce
  • 4 (10 inch) flour tortillas
  • 12 oz thinly sliced roast turkey
  • 4 oz thinly sliced Swiss cheese, chopped
  • 2 oz thinly sliced Granny Smith apple (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese and cranberry sauce until well combined.
  2. Spread ¼ of the mixture over each tortilla.
  3. Top tortillas with turkey, Swiss cheese, and apple slices.
  4. Roll tortillas tightly and wrap each in plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6. Unwrap and slice each roll into 8 pieces and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Use leftover cranberry sauce or homemade cranberry chutney instead of canned sauce.
  • You can substitute shredded turkey or other deli meats like ham or chicken.
  • Use any large tortilla wrap—plain, spinach, or sundried tomato—for variety.
