- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs (panko preferred)
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Pat pickle slices dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- In one bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In a second bowl, whisk together egg and milk.
- Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Dip each pickle slice into the flour mixture, then the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Arrange coated pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overlapping.
- Lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately while hot.
Notes

- Mix parmesan into breadcrumbs for extra flavor.
- Double dip for a thicker coating.
- Best served fresh for maximum crispiness.
