Description

A bright, fresh, and colorful salsa made with creamy avocado, juicy strawberries, sweet mango, crisp red onion, and zesty lime juice. Perfect as an appetizer, topping, or refreshing side dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and diced
  • 1 large mango, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Dice the avocados, strawberries, and mango into small bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the chopped red onion, minced jalapeño, and fresh cilantro.
