Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and diced
- 1 large mango, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Dice the avocados, strawberries, and mango into small bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the chopped red onion, minced jalapeño, and fresh cilantro.
- Squeeze the fresh lime juice over the mixture and season with salt and black pepper.
- Gently toss everything together until evenly combined.
- Chill the salsa in the refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
