Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan or baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until evenly mixed.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Meanwhile, place the potatoes in a large pot of salted water and boil for 15 to 20 minutes until fork tender.
- Drain the potatoes and mash them with butter, warm milk, sour cream, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
- Allow the meatloaf to rest for a few minutes before slicing.
