Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup whole grain mustard
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water

Instructions
- Lightly grease the crockpot with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, chicken broth, garlic, paprika, thyme, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Place the chicken breasts into the crockpot and pour the honey mustard mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
- About 20 minutes before serving, stir in the heavy cream.
- In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water together to create a slurry, then stir it into the crockpot.
- Cook for another 15 to 20 minutes until the sauce becomes creamy and slightly thickened.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
