- 1/2 cup milk (120 ml)
- 2 tablespoons sugar or honey

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Add mango chunks, yogurt, milk, sugar or honey, and ice cubes to a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
- Add cardamom or vanilla extract if desired, then blend briefly again.
- Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
- Add more milk if a thinner consistency is preferred.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately while cold.
Notes
- Use frozen mango for a thicker and colder lassi.
- Substitute dairy ingredients with coconut yogurt and almond milk for a dairy-free version.
- Add saffron or mint leaves for extra flavor.
- Stir or blend leftovers before serving again if separation occurs.
- Very ripe mangoes may reduce the need for added sugar.
